well still haven't found a range, everywhere needs 2 sponsors i think. i even started offering a bunch of time in order to work for a membership but that doesn't work so ive been using the SGL

Check out Jefferson Sportsman club. I haven't been a member there long enough to sponsor anyone but they have a program called adopt a new member. That's how I got in.

They have outdoor archery from 10 to 80 yards, handgun and rimfire rifle 7 to 55 yards, centerfire rifle 25 to 300 yards, trap on thursdays, indoor 22 to 25 yards and indoor archery to 25 yards. They also allow hand thrown clays.

One sponsor needed and no work requirement. First year is $100, $35 initiation fee, $15 gate key deposit and $50 membership fee. It's $50 a year after that. ANd I was just there, haven't seen more than a couple other people there, though it is mid day during the week.

Mike, I'm at work right now, posting from my Droid, but I think we can get you in at Windsor Fish and Game. They are only 15 minutes from me, and I'm 6 houses from the Spingettsbury border with Windsor.

Dues is $15/year, small place, but a nice setup. They meet and take new members on the 1st Tuesday of each month. Want to go next week?

East Prospect only allows new members in once a year (January) but Matt and I should be able to help you guys out in some capacity!
