How do you become an ammunition dealer?

I've got a totally unused, soon to expire, business license for the state of PA.

How do you go about buying ammunition from a wholesaler--I mean a true wholesaler, not someone who offers 'warehouse prices to the public'.

Somewhere I can order hundreds of cases at once in order to resell....

No ammo manufacturer seems to have information on their sites.

I think anyone can sell ammo without a special Federal license. Pretty sure the same too for state licensing. Many of the gas stations and mom & pop convenience stores I frequent sells ammo without any special permits on the wall.

Making ammo for sale is another story and does require a Fed license.

I'm just trying to find a true wholesaler. Somewhere I could pick up factory direct quantities and prices.

Inquire from the factories?

I think the only fed paperwork you would need is paperwork for importing ammo.

Manufacturer of ammo usually don't deal direct with a retailer they deal with wholesale outfits. two of them I have heard of here in PA altho they are not in PA are Jerry's and Acusport ( sp)
