    B2L2H... just for you bud!

...and a little humor, because some of us are thinking this is what the asshole deserved for his comments:

But seriously, very well handled, rep sent.

It must have taken some real self-restraint not to have been baited into a fight (verbally or physically) with this guy. Kudos and rep to you.

Another reason to carry a voice recorder is to record threatening assholes like this guy. Once he asked if you were an asshole you could've started recording.

I think you did a great job. I think calling the police would've been a good move, but at least things ended where they did

Good self control, not rising to the bait.

They call us names because they KNOW we are not going to hurt them. You can call me an asshole to my face because I have too much self control to shoot you (or punch you) for it. Sort of hypocritical, actually.

Question Re: First Bad OC Encounter

    1. Why do you refer to your gun as "my Kimber?" That's like women who refer to their cars as "my Volvo." Is it because it's a $1000 Kimber and not a $175 Kel-Tec?

    2. Why would anybody here suggest calling the cops? Seems like most here prefer to AVOID LEO encounters whenever possible. Sounds like this was a case where calling the cops was quite avoidable.

I own a $1000 kimber and call it "my kimber"

The OP was threatened with a smack, so yea the cops should have been called.
