    If you're pulled over in Philly would you inform the police? no need to mention 18Pa.C.S.6120. just a simple yes or no.

    I am pretty sure if you ddint sign that paper when you got your LTCF you are not obligated. I didnt sign one as I got it in montgomeryville not Philly.

    depending upon the situation i would likely inform them, as a personal choice.

    this has absolutely nothing to do with the absolute BS form they handed me when i got my permit.

    in my lifetime in this city i've witnessed a lot of cases where cops were cool with folks for being honest/respectful . and even more when examples were made for giving them a hard time. legal or not, copping an attitude with a philly cop is a great risk to your health and well being :\

    Ask them. They seem to have a very strange take on the law and if there is any doubt you're going to jail. They may drive you around the city in the back of that wagon for a while too, potholes are bad you know. Not saying i endorse or approve of this, just something i've witnessed from the most dangerous gang in the city.
