I have a York County LTCF and it doesn't say "Proprty of" anywhere on it. The closest it gets is who gets which copies.

So, I've been reading various pages in this thread and I would like someone to clarify this for me: there is an illegal INTERVIEW that is part of the LTCF application process in Philly? This is the first I've read of that. Has it happened to everyone who has applied for a LTCF in Philly?

Interview, fingerprints, extra forms for the references, only apply in person during very narrow hours, may require 2 or more visits, deny for all sorts of ridiculous reasons. I think that about sum the PPD GPU up.

Oh, the cherry part: If you already have an LTCF you can't bring a gun in, please leave it in your car. If your gun is stolen from your car your LTCF will be revoked.

ETA: Must pick it up in person too. They mail you a letter saying "Come on down, you're the next contestant on the commissars are right"

A laminated paper copy, yes. The applicant gets the original, the PSP gets the 1st copy, Issuing authority gets the 2nd.

That's what I figured. The "hard cards" seem to have "Property of..." printed on the back. Bucks County does as well. The paper versions do not...

ETA: Its not just a PA thing tho...

    PA LTCF :

    UT License:

Did they tell you that you had to sign the letter or you wouldn't get your LTCF?

I'm also curious, is the letter you received the same as the one in the report below (see signature link, page 105 of the file), or is it a newer version? If it's different I'd like to get a copy of it if you could make one, that way I can include it in my records and keep a permanent copy on file.
    IronSight,
I'm trying to scan the letter now (PM SENT). As for singing it, I was just told "sign here". So, I read most of if and signed at the bottom. Then they give you a copy to take. But there is a back side to the letter so I'll try to copy both sides and send them to you.
