Default CZ 75B and XD9 Photoshoot

So I was bored today and took some photos of my two handguns. Enjoy

I actually just shot it today... and then spent an hour cleaning out every single nook and cranny with pipe cleaners

That is the factory high polish finish. The pictures don't really do it justice. It is literally a mirrored finish. I tried to take the pictures at angles that wouldn't show the reflection of me holding the camera like a dork

How can you put a gun as pretty as that on such an ugly background???

Nice pictures. That CZ is so shiny, it looks like it's wet.

You know, i dont own one plated, polished, shinny weapon. Mine are flat, dull, black/green boring.
Everything about polished makes me go, "damn, i would fuck that up in heart beat, so dont buy it" but i still like how they look sometimes.

I always kinda felt the same way. I've had my XD for about 4 months now and it's pretty much as boring looking as a gun can get. So when I started looking for a second gun I really wanted something unique. As soon as I stumbled across the high polish CZ I fell in love.

It definitely is a pain in the butt to own though. Just handling it gets it covered in fingerprints, and shooting it gets it all dirty. I'm kind of a perfectionist so I am constantly wiping it down and cleaning it. Part of me wants to just keep it in a glass case and never touch it. But it shoots so amazingly I could never do that.
