Is the MPOETC for 2010 out yet?

I know some users obtained copies of this training for 2009, I was just wondering if it's been updated for 2010, and if it's available yet.

I think I recall a local PD officer saying he had taken the 2010 MPOETC update. Not 100% positive though.

lildobe received the materials from his RTK request on June 20 2009, so I assume the 2010 stuff could be obtained by now.

I don't know if 100% of the municipalities have gotten it yet. I know most of my local ones have though.

I've had the updates.

Firearms related I think they added an exception for the military returning from active duty overseas with an expired LTCF. The expired license will be good for 90 days from the end of their deployment.

Mentioned no firearms, accessories or ammunition may be seized or confiscated during an emergency, because of the emergency.

Temporary emergency LTCF's for people showing immediate need to protect themselves or minor children.

There are a few other firearm related topics. I'd have to dig up my update book and see what they were.

Yes, E Co Weapons Platoon 2/6. I was there for the bombing of the US Embassy, but home and discharged when the barracks was bombed.
