Glock 9mm and Bird Bombs
Google hasn't been much help in finding Tracing Bird Bomb ammo. I bought several packages about 10 years ago from an auction site online.
I have a Glock 17 and the ammo works great. It came in plastic envelopes of 10, wasn't cheap, but it's a lot of fun to shoot and sometimes has useful purposes.
I've been searching under "Bird Bomb" or Bird Bomb ammo." No luck. All I get is lots of links to shotgun ammo.
Have tried two dealers of Northern Arizona Munitions with no luck.
Then I noticed this evening that the remaining rounds I have are labelled 9mm Tracing Bird Bomb" and this site was an immediate hit. I've searched through all the messages in assorted sections and linked to various ammo sources such as targetsportusa.com cabelas.com which have advs. on this site. No luck.
Does anyone have any idea where I can find "tracing bird bomb" or "bird bomb" ammo for 9mm Luger? The google link seemed to suggest it was also available in .45 ACP and I wouldn't mind having some of that too.
Any input you have will be most appreciated!

Re: Glock 9mm and Bird Bombs
Thanks for the tip. Their site isn't indexed all that great for easy access to, for example, "ammunition," so I emailed them.
I suspect that Northern Arizona Munitions is where I want to be but they don't reply and getting info out of their two dealers hasn't been easy. I want the 9mm and .45 ACP ammo mostly for the fun of shooting it not for the purpose of scaring birds away. LOL
Thanks again.

Re: Glock 9mm and Bird Bombs
Bird bombs are different than bird shot or shot shells.
Bird bombs are like fireworks in a shot gun shell.
Never seen it in pistol ammo.

Re: Glock 9mm and Bird Bombs
Back when I bought this it came in several common pistol sizes and also in some popular rifle sizes. I'm beginning to wonder if there wasn't something illegal about it although I can't imagine what it is.
And are correct in saying it's nothing like shot shells. When a shot is fired there's a light tracer trail of about 200 yards and then the bullet explodes with a noticeable "pop." I was surprised to see the consistency of this and the relative amount of noise they made. As I recall I also had some in .38 special and in .45 ACP.
Thanks for the input.

Re: Glock 9mm and Bird Bombs
Gunslinger
No. The ammo I'm interested in explodes with a mild puff of smoke and a bang. That incendiary stuff looks interesting but I'd probably burn something down that doesn't need to be burned down.
Thanks for your interest. I appreciate your time.
