    Unhappy Looking for Lawyer to Handle Appeal of LTCF revocation in Montgomery County

    Can someone recommend a lawyer who can handle the appeal of my LTCF revocation by the Montgomery county sheriff?

    A LTCF can be revoked even if no criminal charges were/are filed against an individual.

    1 would think that there would have to be a legal reason to revoke a LTCF in PA.
