OC at Millcreek Mall, Erie
As I was driving past the mall from Gander, who could not get my Para 18.9 that I want (-_-), I saw someone carrying!
He was wearing jeans and a state police t-shirt. He had his gun in what looked like a Serpa Holster, Left handed, roughly 10 o'clock carry, heading into JC Penny's. The thing was, he had his shirt over the top of the gun, but the barrel was sticking out a good 4-5 inches below his shirt lol.
I wanted to stop and talk to him, but if he turned out to be a cop, I didn't wanna initiate the popping of my OC-police encounter carry. lol.
So, if anyone knows him, or if you are him, I wanna know, What were you carrying?!

Re: OC at Millcreek Mall, Erie
They do have a posted sign saying no weapons, but there is an exception for people licensed by the state.

Haha. Funny thing was I was going to take a pic and keep it on my phone if the Mall Ninjas ever got bent outta shape about it. I haven't gotten around to doing it yet. I may make a trip up there just for this reason though. lol If/when I do get it, I'll post it.

Wow, I wasn't expecting that. Our local mall doesn't have anything along those lines on their signs.

Re: OC at Millcreek Mall, Erie
You damned well better be allowed to carry inside the Milcreek Mall. The mall itself is only shaped like a pistol. One with a large rear sight or some kind of small optic. Maybe the Burlington building was added later on.
