LTCF Permit does not exist - I am surprised they even knew what you were talking about!

    j/k

They have up to 45 days, 4 weeks is only ~30 days.

They have 45 days. I'm on day 28 for mine in Lehigh County.

Some counties like to take their time with it, there's nothing that can be done so long as they're inside of the 45 day mark.

Calling shouldn't hurt, but I wouldn't recommend constant calls about it so long as they are inside of 45 days.

Its a License To Carry Firearms = LTCF.

Its just a title, the formal one of which that the General Assembly gave. Although you can call it whatever you want because if it were given the name "Permit To Blow Bubbles Out Your Ass" and provided the exemption for carrying concealed or in a vehicle people would still get bent out of shape if you referred to it as a concealed weapon permit or license.

Just give them time... Soon you'll need a PTBBOYA to pass gas on the streets of a City of the First Class, during an emergency, and in your car.
