Default Tacticool AK and Sig 556

I just put new furniture on my AK and threw it in a picture with my "Hated by all" Sig 556. I can't understand why it's so disliked? I have yet to have an issue with it.

If that's the same AR clone you were shooting at the Easties shoot...I didn't hate it! I thought it was cool!

How do you like the M-4 stock on the AK?

I bought a 556 earlier this year, and it still hasn’t come out of the box yet. I don’t really like it, but I don’t hate it either.

Most of my friends don’t think much of the 556, they will rather play with my 550. I think the problem is, when you made an AK look like an AR, that’s an upgrade, but when you made a SIG looks like an AR, that’s like a downgrade.

It was the one I had at the eastie shoot. It's a gas piston gun and I really like the feel of it and the way it shoots. I saw it at King's in KOP and bought it on the spot. I haven't shot the AK with the new furniture yet but the adjustable LOP is great. The old wood stocks were way too short for me.

That is what I've been reading on other forums but when I bought it I had no idea of the 550 series of Sig guns so I had nothing to compare it to.

Don’t worry what other people think, if there’s only one 223 your are going to own, the 556 is definitely a top choice.

The other contender may be a Masada

There's also one other I really like to see is a Gugoma, hopefully someone will bring some in before the election!

Thanks miles and don't get me wrong I'm just a little bummed out because most of the people who give the 556 crappy comments haven't even shot or saw one. BTW I've been waiting for that Masada to come out for some time now. Do you know when they will be released?
