Carry at Peace Valley Park? (Lake Galena)
I'm moving soon and I'll be right by Peace Valley Park (lake Galena) and I plan to spend a lot of time biking/walking the trails there. They have signs everywhere that say "no firearms". Is this legal? Do I have to abide by this? Can I open carry or conceal carry?

Re: Carry at Peace Valley Park? (Lake Galena)
Peace Valley is a Bucks County Park...and as such can not enforce a No Guns rule.
18 Pa.C.S. § 6120: Limitation on the regulation of firearms and ammunition
(a) General rule.--No county, municipality or township may in any manner regulate the lawful ownership, possession, transfer or transportation of firearms, ammunition or ammunition components when carried or transported for purposes not prohibited by the laws of this Commonwealth.

First, go there, and carry while doing so.
Then, write a letter to the head of the municipality (someone else will tell you exactly who, I am sure) asking them when they plan on changing the sign.
