They must have changed them. Mine wasn't all fancy. It was plain white with black print and a red strip across the top that said UTAH and my permit number. My picture was in the bottom right corner.

Yeah, I just meant, am I reading that right, though? I see no symbols for units of measurements, no gaps or commas...just numbers.



For the second part of your post. We're losing reciprocity on a semi annual basis it seems though. Didn't we just lose NM? We lost Nevada, and didn't we also lose LA? Whats next? Tex-ass?

I can't speak for everyone and I know others have posted reasons different from mine, but I got mine because I frequently travel into Delaware to visit family. PA's LTCF isn't accepted in Delaware, but Utah is.

The difference is that Utah (and many other states) require some sort of firearms training class prior to being issued a permit. Typically, those states requiring training will not accept PA's LTCF.
