    Default Haven't been around much

    because the wife and I have been concentrating on finding our new house. We signed a contract on one back on Sept. 19th. Our house was listed on the 20th and, after 8 showings, we got a full price offer yesterday pending a home inspection.

    The buyers want to settle quickly, so we will be settling by the 18th and moving the weekend of the 26th and 27th. Although, we can start moving stuff into the new place the weekend before since it is unoccupied.

    Our new place is in a quiet little development in Newport, Perry County. It is a nice modular ranch on almost a half acre. A far cry better from the duplex we are in now.

    Come back full-time when you're able.

    Congrats, Dave. Glad to hear things are working out for you on that. Now you need to remember that you need to get the high speed set up in the new place ASAP so you can get harrassed with regularity.
