When it ceases to be politically profitable and heavy penalties are swiftly, regularly, and uniformly imposed on those who do so. Currently there is insufficient, almost entirely nonexistent disincentive.

Only another year and a half and I can (possibly) move back to Minnesota. Sick of not having a carry process.

At first I was all "WTF", then of course this guy had to shoot somebody. I hope his story is legit, and that he NEEDED to use deadly force. If not, than this is just looking bad for all of us. Now the sheep have something to cite for an OC'er being a criminal, and shooting others. Ugh, shitty.
Some say that his discharge is luminous.

We all have rights, they just don't mean anything anymore,if you think i speak BS on this, just look around at the "had a police encounter" posts on this fourm, what about the newest Miranda ruling[you have to invoke your right ot remain silent],and on and on.

You use your "rights" and someone in authority or with power is going to crap on you and your "rights" and unless you have mega bucks to spare you most likley will not do anything about it.

Am i paranoid, not in the least,i'm looking at how life, mine and everyone elses lives have changed since 1949.

The govrnment has become a living organizm and it is breeding without restraint and we are powerless to stop it.
    Government 99 and 44/100 % pure bullshit.
