    Default Glock 35?

Basically, is it a good paper punching gun? I sold my Berretta 96 and am looking at either a Glock 35 or a Springfield with the longer barrel. I'm leaning towards the Glock because of the sights right now and the price is close enough to not make the difference for either pistol. I have fired other models of Glocks and have done pretty well with them. The prices I've found for one have been from $609 to $670, decent price for a 35?

The 35 is fine for paper. I use mine in USPSA and IDPA to do just that.

Lot's of aftermarket parts including triggers, sights and barrels. The stock Glock sights are horrible and I swapped mine out for Dawsons before firing a shot. Tru Grip is also a necessity.

I woudn't say the Springer is at a disadvantage at all, though. The XDm and M&P shoot very tight. The difference is going to be the grip angle and which you prefer.
