ccw (phila.) holder; moving to Bucks
I currently have a valid ccw permit issued from Philadelphia, which is good until June of 2010. However, I will be moving to Bucks county within the next six months. Will Bucks honor my Philadelphia ccw until expiration or will I have to go through the entire application process again in Bucks upon change of residence?
Also, is it mandatory that I inform Philadelphia Police Department that I moved.
I am hoping that all of my data (fingerprints, picture, application, references, etc.) can be transferred to Bucks county.
Also, I have my 235 card which doesn't expire until July of 2011. I imagine that PA State Police will merely change the address information internally and update my file (and not issue a new card since one's address is not on the 235 card).
Any info on either topic would be appreciated.
Thanks!

There is no "transfer" involved with your LTCF It is a state license. You will renew in your current county with the sheriff when it expires (or police chief if in Phila). But you need do nothing until then.
Can't help you with the 235
