record groundhog?

you're not going to believe this, but I killed a 35lb groundhog last week. as big as a dog. picked him up with a large plastic snow shovel, paws and head were hanging off either side of the shovel, thought it was going to break. threw him on a produce scale, and damn.

been after the little bastard for years, he dug in along my driveway and left a pile of dirt a good 2' tall. hole is about 16" across. got him with a headshot from a .17HMR at 25 yards. what's the biggest hog you ever killed?

Wow! thats a pretty big whistlepig..

Not sure what my largest one ever was, rarely can I find enough of it's body parts to assemble even half of a groundhog. lol

i can believe it...earlier in the year i shot one that must've weighed in at least 25-30 lbs...just ask ole crowsnest..lol he was witness to this. we actually had to take turns carrying that fat s.o.b all the way back to the truck to get pictures. ...too bad his wife didnt like the idea of us snapping photos of guts on her camera and deleted them lol.

ishot a monster this summer with the seven looked like a rat in my 32x scope longest shot i ever made when i got to it it got bigger and bigger its hole was bigger than a garbage can lid also shot a 15 and 2 20s so rhat big one who knows my dad thougt i shot the farmers hog when he saw it
