Description: PO Blymier took a Criminal Mischief report from Hilary Baum of 100 blk of S. Richland Ave .Unknown person(s) shots 6 bullet hole into the garage damaging the garage and bumper/hood/windshield on her 2001 Audi parked inside the garage to the rear of the residence.

Description: PO Reisenweber took an Aggravated Assault report from Todd Frederick Kraft of 600 Blk S. George St. Victim had a gun shot wound to the leg. Victim wanted no investigation or an arrest.

Description: PO Millhouse took a Robbery report from Jordan M Rubinstein of the 300 block of Irish Glenn Lititz, Pa and a known juvenile of the 100 block of E Cottage Pl York, Pa. On above date and time while at Fulton St at E Princess St both victims were approached by unknown suspects who pointed a gun at victims and demanded V1 wallet and cell phone and then fled.

Description: PO Daniels took a Robbery report from Melissa Kling 1900 Block Noss Road. Suspect entered store, threatened he had a gun (none displayed), demanded money, which clerk handed over to suspect then suspect fled the store at 639 W. Market Street (Bob's West End News).

Description: PO Stevens took a Reckless Endangerment report for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 50 W King St. On above date and time Shotspotter reported eight shots fired at 350 S Susquehanna Ave and Person of Knowledge, Richard Lervern Johnson of the 300 block of S Queen St reported hearing six gun shots to the rear of his residence. No victim of the shots fired was located.

Description: PPO Eastman took a Aggravated Assault report from two juveniles. V1 of the first block of N Queen St and V2 of the 100 block of E Jackson St. Both juvenile victim's had been struck by gunfire in the 500 block of S Duke St and transported to York Hospital for treatment. Officers observed a vehicle fleeing area and gave pursuit, vehicle was stopped shortly there after and suspects were taken into custody. Jeffery Caballero of 145 Westerard Dr Santa Maria, Ca; Alejandro Santiago of NFA; Elia Gonzales of 633 S Duke St and David Munoz of 946 W Princess St 2nd Floor all four subjects were charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault and Criminal Conspiracy and were arraigned and committed to York County Prison.

Description: PO Jay took a Terroristic Threats report from Shaun Patrick Rourke of the 100 block of W Market St who stated that he was involved in a verbal altercation with suspect outside Granfalloons Bar in the first block of E Princess St when suspect pulled out a Mace Gun, cocked it and made threatening statements and gestures toward victim.

Description: PO Tunall took a Reckless Endangerment report from Carissa Unique Jones of the 700 block of S Pershing Ave, Ikea Loretta Jones of the 100 block of Lincoln St and Brianna Banks of the 700 block of W Princess St. On above date and time witnesses and victim stated a unknown suspect(s) produce a handgun and started shooting at two other suspects, a bullet struck victim's vehicle back window and exited left rear quarter window. Incident was confirmed by shotspotter.

Description: PO D Smith took a Simple Assault report from George Soloman Banks of the 300 Block of E Princess St. A 16 year old Juvenile of the 1st Block of E Maple St was arrested (after a short chase) for threatening the victim with a firearm while on Maple St and Short Way. The firearm was recovered.

Description: PO Stevens took s Reckless Endangerment report for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 50 W King St. On above date and time police officers were dispatched to the 700 block of E Market St for shots fired and upon arrival, persons in the area quickly walked away and no victim or property damage was located at this time. Two shell casings were recovered from the road and placed into police evidence. Detective Follow-up.

Description: PO Goodwin took a Reckless Endangerment report for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 50 W King St. On above date and time police officers were dispatched to the first block of N Franklin St for a Shot Spotter Activation and upon arrival officers did not find anyone on the scene. One shell casing was recovered that was laying in the middle of the street and placed into police evidence. Report Filed.
