That makes sense knowing that a LTCF is issued by the PSP. It all comes down to how that particular LEO likes to handle those situations.

The PA LTCF is not issued by state police , it's issued by county sheriffs.

Right - sorry. My understanding was that the county sheriff's acted as a broker, but it was still a "state" thing.

PA LTCF is a PA Commonwealth license, initially administered by county sheriffs in 66 PA counties, and by designated police personnel in the 67th.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

Why? Licensed holders have been proven to be more law abiding than the average cop. Seems like just another infringement in a no duty to inform state.
Go sell crazy some where else, we're all stocked up here.

And what leeway do you think a cop has in "those situations"?
Is it ok for him to frisk you for a traffic stop? Confiscate your gun until you can prove it's yours? Finger fuck your carry piece and then leave it in pieces for you to put back together?

Are you including Philadelphia County LTCF in your data?
