Re: West PA - Get out and VOTE for Saccone next week!
Rick is a very good man. It's imperative that he wins this election and gun owners need to show up! If you live in this district make sure you vote and talk to your friends and family. In an election like this it will be decided by voter turnout and the Dems are pulling all stops. We need to make this happen for Rick Saccone. He has always been there for gun owners in this state. Get out there and work it people!

The demoncrats are inflamed and energized over this election.
We need to get out and vote today, cannot afford to sit this one out and hope for the best that someone else will elect saccone or that your vote doesn't count; it absolutely counts to get saccone in office. All of my guns are lubed with BACON GREASE.

I'm in the east part of the State. Someone put me down for 6 votes for Saccone. Vote early, vote often.

Re: West PA - Get out and VOTE for Saccone next week!
I heard on the radio this morning that Lamb has Saccone beat by 6 percentage points in a Monmouth Poll. Can this be correct? Who would vote for a guy that was born in Washington DC, lived in the richest neighborhood in the district, went to private school, graduated from an Ivy League college with a law degree, got in the Marines as a lawyer, prosecuted other Marines, worked for influential judges under the good old boys network and then got into politics through his parents contacts. What does he know about gritty living, he’s been in a bubble all his life.

You should write campaign commercials for him.
Just add a bunch of union guys and senior citizens in the background, nodding their heads in approval, and you have one of the many ads that have been running here.
How did someone on the local news put it yesterday... "He's the John Kennedy of our generation" or something like that.
Ugh.
Go vote, people!

Re: West PA - Get out and VOTE for Saccone next week!
So what if the redistricting decree holds up?
Does it go away?
Does it merge with another?
Become something different altogether?
And will it require another election in year or two?

Re: West PA - Get out and VOTE for Saccone next week!
Stupid question, but I'll display my ignorance in the hope that it helps someone else.
All I know is that this is for "District 18".
What does that MEAN? How do I find out if I'm eve IN district 18?
I should probably figure it out before I try to vote only to find out I'm not even voting in this special election.

Re: West PA - Get out and VOTE for Saccone next week!
Nevermind.
I found THIS SITE that shows your district by plugging in an address. (no house number required)
Linked is the 18th district. It shows the map.
I'm apparently in the 14th district just a few miles from the border of the 18th.
I guess I don't have a sat in this.

No matter who wins it is only temporary. The district goes away if/when redistricting occurs. Hell, I don't even live there but keep up with the news.
