Default CC at Great American Outdoor Show?

Are they saying anything about conceal carry at the show?
I want to wear a 511 vest and everybody knows it's made for CC.

All I can say is I have heard numerous reports across several forums, both from direct observation and via email, it appears that both OC and CC are permitted.

Call ahead or email and double-check?
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

If it is run by the NRA I would hope so.

They're allowing OC, so CC should be no problem

Me and some friends just went on Thursday. Several of us were carrying. They are not even checking.

How did anyone make it out alive with all those evil "ghost guns" with 30 caliber assault clips.

Usually NRA Conventions have signs stating no carrying of firearms. I have been to several and the signs have always been there.

Yes, and in the past I have complained on this forum about the NRA's policies regarding carrying at their conventions. But the Great American Outdoor show was different. I CC'ed there last Friday. Nobody checking. No signs that i saw anywhere. So I have to give the NRA credit this time for doing it right. I was suprised. But apparently no restrictions.

Isn't it amazing that none of us who were carrying shot anyone and the show was no less safe than any of those shows where they make you unload your guns and tie them at the door! :-)
