Carrying at the Sands Event Center

A friend from church has offered up tickets to a concert coming up sometime in the next few weeks at the Sands Event Center over in Bethlehem. I've never been there. Anyone gone recently and noticed any metal detectors or wands? I'd like to go, but I'd prefer not to leave my sidearm locked up in the car.

You will at least get a pat down. Don't carry.

I was sent back to my car to drop off a 2.5" pocket knife I forgot I had on me.

I have been to the event center before CCW ,No pat downs no metal detectors seen and I dont print when CCW.The casino floor if you happen to hit on the slots security will be there for your assistance and some are carrying wands. Going there for Cirque Holidaze next week .

I got a pat down as well and had to send a pocket knife to the car. Looks like it is hit or miss.

I've been there and have been wanded other times not.

To be clear, just going in the casino or mall didn't get any notice at all. When going into a ticketed event, I've been patted down every time.

When I went for Simple Minds in September, I got wanded down. No guns allowed and they had quite a bit of security. You practically could not step a few feet without bumping into someone. Plus there were lots of cops. They also were actively watching people, not standing around with their thumb up their butt.
