Re: Robert Kayland
Very kind.
Still plenty of patches left, folks... don't worry about anyone not getting their fair share.
/and now a word from Subliminal Man
No need to thank Robert overtly (rep)... He was only too happy (rep) to do it... He's a big fan of the (rep) ZRT concept and wanted to produce (rep) something nice to go along (rep) with those great decals.Last edited by Robert Kayland; December 5th, 2008 at 05:02 PM.

Re: Robert Kayland
I received my patches almost before I hit the send money now button. Great transaction. Thanks.

Re: Robert Kayland
I actually thought I created a thread for Robert Kayland some time ago, I guess I didn't. Anyway, did a firearm sale with him back in October, while his FFL at the time was a little on the jerky side, Robert was very easy to deal with. He sent payment promptly and was available for communication when needed. Even though he and I have had somewhat personal differences in the past, he was nothing but respectful through the transaction. I'd do business with him again...just with a different FFL next time.

Re: Robert Kayland
Yeah, my FFL has his way of doing things and it's his way or the highway... but he did fax over his information when he said he did, and the FFL on the other end (who I had to call twice) initially gave an excuse that he "might have missed the fax" the first time, so that caused another delay.
But like you say, all's well that ends well, and that Taurus .357 is a real shooter (and has become my nightstand home defense pistol).
As far as personal differences go, I don't take any of these thread debates personally... leastwise not for more than a day or two...
And when it comes to business, well... as the saying goes:
"War is war, but business is business!"
