Default Brace for an ar pistol.

Just want to make sure I understand things correctly.

I know that braces are legal on an ar pistol.

I think it is legal to shoulder it while shooting.

Is there anything else I need to know that could lead to breaking some obscure rule?

Is there a certain length I can’t go over on the pistol? I have a shockwave Kay brace on my pistol. I do not have the brace flush which makes the gun about 26 inches. Is there anything illegal with this?

    Thanks,

    Troll

If God didn't intend us to have guns why would he have given us a trigger finger?

Obscure rule-No vertical foregrip but angled foregrip is ok.

I wouldnt spend alot, Ive already heard talking about them going the way of the bump stock since their primary purpose is to skirt the SBR laws. One was used in the Ohio Shooting. Personally I never had a problem shouldering a foam padded pistol buffer tube.

You can shoulder it "occasionally" is how I think the "newest" revision goes.
You can't build it with the sole purpose of shouldering it.

Otherwise, I don't give two shits about the alarmists fears of a ban.
Used to be you could shoulder it, then that was a "NO", so nobody EVER shouldered them.
Now you can - sort of.
Don't overthink it. It's an arm brace - legal - end of story.

Photo taken during the "no shouldering" phase. LOL!

This is like outlawing wheelchairs because able bodied people race them down the sidewalks.

I think the disability act would frown on eliminating an aid.
