    Default save some time

    hre's another one:

when you log in, the fourums with new threads are marked, but when you click on one, the new reply may be all the way at the bottom of the page or, worse yet, a few pages down.

how about when you click on a thread with new posts, it automaticly takes you to the unread posts, and you could scroll back if you wanted to.

Unfortunately I have no control over the code that runs the forum. I could look for a plugin that might do something like that though.

You can also click on the small box next to the thread and that will take you to the oldest unread post.
