Re: Arrested by the Philadelphia Police for Open Carry
You are kidding right? It's a freaking mad house down town today.... and those guys are not there to hear a little story about an arrest (not to make light of it)... they want you to come down and spend your money buying stuff, joining the NRA, paying for the lectures/dinners/brunches.
I attempted to go down town, traffic is a killer, no damn parking and it's just crazy. Crazy enough with normal vehicle/pedestrian traffic and parking during a weekday, then toss in a FREE NRA convention (Free for NRA members) and you have a jam packed down town area. This city isn't set up well for normal traffic, let alone out of towners not knowing the area and traffic patterns and a large volume of people etc. I attended the Car Show in Pittsburgh on a Friday and had no problem with a parking spot.... not today tho. WOW.

As of now it looks like there is a trial scheduled for 7/14/2011 at 9am in room 406.
I am not a lawyer and nothing I say should be construed as legal advice.

I would rather die in a shootout than get assassinated in a "gun free zone"
