Default Range report new Toy Springfield loaded 1911 9mm

Picked up a 9mm Springield loaded at a very good price recently, and finally had a chance to shoot it.

A few FTF and FTE for the first 75 rounds, it smoothed out after that. I adjusted the sights and had it shooting true after about 6 rounds. Recoil is merely a rumor, and the build quality is high.

    Congratulations!

I too have been looking at purchasing a 9mm. I have an XD9 but it just doesn't "do it" for me.

Was thinking about a Glock 34 (I like Glocks) but decided I wanted something with a better trigger. Am now considering another Kimber.

I like steel guns I had an xd but ended up selling it. I love the 1911 platform, and 9mm is a cost effective round.

Thats just sexy right there.....what did that set up back if you dont mind me asking. Im looking at some 1911's real hard right now but Most i see are 700+ dollars and .45's which is ok, but id rather have a 9mm just because of the price of practice ammo.

I had a Kimber SS target 9mm and it was great. Never had an issue after thousands of rounds and the gun looks practially brand new. It was more accurate than I'm. 9mm use to cost me $3 for a box of 50. I use to shoot over 300 rounds at a time and frankly I got bored with it. I did eventualy sold it. Now, I can't even find any ammo and we all know about the prices.
