Car carry, you have LTCF + its your gun, but passenger doesnt have LTCF= ILLEGAL ?!

Reading the statutes, there is nothing that states this. In fact there are provisions to protect a child or spouse without a ltcf who drives your car while your firearm is in the car without you. (As long as you have a ltcf)

Hypothetically, I'm riding in my car, with 2 holstered guns. I get out, Take one off my belt and give it to my wife, She OC's the pistol.
We go to leave, She takes off the holstered firearm and I put it back on my belt.

Nothing on the LTCF says how MANY pistolas I may have on my person at any given time. She is not a prohibited person, and she is my wife.

That's not a waste of money. Cops can and do arrest people for unlicensed transport, leaving it up to you to prove the exception at significant cost.

Put a couple of $10 bills on the counter once every 5 years, or risk paying $5,000 to defend at a trial. And that's an EASY trial, a quick and dirty trial.
