Default Game & Fisheries pass SB1402 - Semi Auto for use against groundhogs and coyotes

    http://openstates.org/pa/bills/2013-2014/SB1402/

Well gentleman, this one actually passed in game and fisheries, where all the others get jammed up, and is up for vote and processing through appropriations! It went 11-0 vote in the G&F! Woo hoo!

It's for semi-auto of .223 caliber and smaller to be used against Coyotes and Woodchuck(groundhogs).

Hope it turns into law. I have an AR that will make a good hog gun.

They need to amend it and not have a caliber limit. There are many people with AR-10's and the like that would I'm sure would want to use them.

Also the 22 caliber rule would keep out the 300 blackout. Which does a number on ground hogs out of my micro 7.

Get the bill passed with the .223 then try for your additional calibers. One step at a time.

The M1 Garand was invented for the purpose of killing Nazis. It did its job. Ever since then it has more or less been replaced by weaker calibers and guns.

In my opinion the only enemy that comes close to Nazis in terms of pure evil is woodchucks. Can a .223 do the job? yes, but an M1 is the only gun proven to defeat nazism and we shouldn't hold back anything in the ongoing fight against the rising tyranny of groundhogs.

These monsters are the defining evil of our times, and must be defeated.
