Re: Desert Eagle .50AE
Agreed. It really isn't that bad BUT if you hand one to someone who isn't experienced with recoil they will consider it bad. Not a beginner's gun.
After shooting the Desert Eagle in .50AE a bunch I've come to enjoy it. It's nothing like shooting .500 magnum, especially out of those 4 inch Smiths. Eff that.Selling off a a sizeable Spyderco collection here

Big Daddy doesn't think it's in your head: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XIDqRxshzIU
Forget speed shooting one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n66gdGTmSZM
I won't lie...the few times I've shot one, it was fun, but for the money, I'd rather have two guns I can shoot, faster. Recoil doesn't kill the fun the way the price of ammo does. If you can afford to shoot this, a lot, then you should get one and carry it in your BMW 7 series.BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.

Re: Desert Eagle .50AE
Although I didn't watch the Glock video since I'm on my phone, I have mixed feelings about this persons list. Some of the "worst guns" were relevant and real pieces of shit. But some of his other "worst guns" opinions make me feel like he is anti-gun and is looking for something to bitch about.

I'd like to hunt hogs with the DE 50 AE, but I don't think I'd get one considering all of it's other downfalls.

Re: Desert Eagle .50AE
Heh, heh, heh....yea, 'ol big daddy has an ill time.....from time to time. I don't take too much of what he has out, seriously, but he's good for some humor here and there.
I don't know where you dug up that vid, but that guy was on something that would have got you kicked out of Woodstock...goodness. Anyway, he says the DE is a waste of money. Any gun that functions is not a waste of money if it is what a person wants. And the Kahr Arms bit threw me, too. Well, if you listen to him talk, it'll just about explain his perceptions of handguns.BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.
