Bordering states that have semi-auto hunting?
Hi everyone.
In which states that share a border with PA can one hunt with a semi-automatic rifle?
I'd like to hunt with an SKS or Saiga but am putting off purchasing one because I know that in PA I wouldn't be able to hunt deer with it.
Anyone know of any states that border PA where I could use one? The only one that I know of is West Virginia but I am looking for more options.
If anyone would be willing to help, please do so.
Thanks.

The Northern Western parts of MD are OK. If you can use a rifle, it can be Semi.
