Yes you can go that day without being a PMSC member. When I went to the last shoot a gentlemen was in attendance who gave you an application to join PMSC. I took that application went to the next meeting and am now a member. They have a great website were more information may be found.

As long as you time the drive right. The 30-40 minutes to A&S is worth it.

I think you have A&S confused with Anthony Arms. It has been a while since I have been to A&S (in Youngwood, PA) but they have always let you bring in outside ammo, to include reloads. Unless you are using a rental gun.
Like I said, it has been a while since I was down there.Tomorrow's battle is won during today's practice.
