Default Bill to define, regulate "assault weapons" by "lethality"

Also imposes 60 day moratorium on sales of "gas operated semi-automatic rifles"

If passed, during those 60 days, I'm sure HK91 and HK93 clones would fly off of the shelves :P

Just part of the plan to eventually ban all semi autos.

Wouldn't stop anyone from buying one off their neighbor, brother or a friend, random guy on the street. What happens if you build one in your basement and have it right now? It's not like you need any special skills... LOL

These politicians talk out their ass and try to pass bills that are ridiculous, just to say they are trying to do something... Even if it wouldn't work, even if it's unconstitutional. Just to get the leftist libtard vote.

I would expect all sorts of bills to come flying out of the House like toilet paper at a diarrhea convention.

If we have meathead clowns like Romney in the Senate, don't be surprised if an "assault weapons ban" is tabled, perhaps even using more benign language to try to sneak it through.
