I own a Smith and Wesson victory with a tb and a Walther ppq 22 that both have been flawless and the Walter is the same size as it's center-fire brothers so accessories and holsters are readily available. Very happy with both though and both have been fantastic hosts.

What did you end up with? I currently have a 2245 lite and am looking for another and would like some more opinions. I am leaning toward a bolt action rifle.

IMO, you can't go wrong with the Ruger American Rimfire with the threaded barrel. It's another one I use to do suppressor demonstrations. If you want extremely deadly accuracy with it, find a CZ 455 or 452 that has a threaded barrel. A little more costly but one heck of a .22.

A SIG 1911-22 is another option if you want a 1911 style. You have to buy an adapter though. Savage make a 22 rifle with a threaded barrel. Good shooter

The CZ lineup certainly has some fine shooting (and nice looking rifles) in it. I may split the difference and get the Ruger American Rimfire Target with the black laminate stock and heavy barrel. It will probably JUST be a bench rifle so a bipod will probably be added. Thanks for the input!

If you are going to shoot off a bench with bipod check out the ruger chargers.
