    Default Custom 1911 carry guns

    While I have quite a few 1911s, these two I had semi-custom guns built to my specs for everyday carry. I've been carrying the Colt for about 3 years, everyday. The Kimber has yet to see much action.

    very nice,i have been a 1911 fan ever sence my father slapped the shit out of me for messing with his,lol,probly around 5 or so,me i dident have the money for one so i opped for the sa xd45,and have to say i really like it,and it has a 13 round clip,gotta love that

    Where did you get them "bobbed" at? I'm interested in doing that to one of my 1911's.

    I love bobtailed 1911's!
    My CBOB(not built to my spec, but I just love this weapon soooo much, I would be happy to have one built just like it!)


    After getting used to bob tail so much, normal 1911's square butt now feels almost invasive to my hand anymore..
