I get the feeling that the football kid has been around guns before. Most people who haven't been around them would probably have either tried to run (not easy if the bus is moving) or hide under the seat. Not exactly the kind of people you see trying to stop any kind of gunman (or girl).

Rep to the kid though. It took some serious cajones to even attempt that in such a confined space.

truth... If I see someone holding a gun sideways my fears of actually being hit just went down 70%
