Dad hat on the left. The velcro hat also has a stiffener in the crown which makes it less flexible and part of EMs concern with sitting too high.
All things considered, I'm ordering the dad's hat on Monday.

The grey looks very good and pafoa on back color is good also. Looks like I will have to get one or two even though I rarely use hats but will have for meetups/rallies. Also it looks like the buckle is offset over the material so it shouldnt interfere with those folically challenged ! I do like the other color too though
