    Default 410 survival gun

Ok so I was looking at a 410 snakecharmer for a keep in the truck survival box. My thing is I was thinking id rather have something that will shoot 410 and 45lc. Anyone know any out there? Names ? Sizes?

I cant see anywhere where it says the snakecharmer will take 45lc so what else? I can always use my TC Contender with a 410/45 barrel but the accuracy of the 410 sucks , you couldnt kill a bird flying with it. Plus there is no way Im leaving a $600 gun in the truck all the time.

Taurus makes revolvers that shoot 45lc and 410.

    H&R/NEF has a 45/410 setup. http://www.hr1871.com/Firearms/Shotg...s/survivor.asp

If a gun is label "410" without the "45", it cannot use 45LC. 410bore shotguns are .410", plus the additional restriction of the choke. A .45LC is .452"-.454".

Yea I love that H&R Survivor. They sell for a little more than $200 new for the nickel ones. I was thinking about posting on the classifieds for a "want to buy" as ive never seen one for sale around here.

Used to be that Cobray made a number of Derringer/longarm variations of a .45Colt/.410. They are still available occasionally on Gunbroker. There is a derringer there right now.
Very simple guns. Heavy trigger. They do go "bang" everytime. I have one and it works.
