There are a lot of tells on traffic stops that come from the sense of smell. If your car smells like dryer sheets were used as upholstery, it's often a sign that you're trying to cover the smell of marijuana.

I remember years ago reading a story about how back in the 60s and 70s the LSD dealers would use laundry detergent boxes to transport their wares. They kept a load of dirty laundry in the car to make it look legit.

I have only smelled weed a handful of times, and only seen it twice (from several yards). Never touched the stuff.

(Only heavy drugs I've *ever* had were morphine once and Demerol a couple times, all in hospital settings.)

I don't drink.

Any cop claiming he smelled something out my window that gave Probable Cause would be lying through his teeth.
