Mike's Guns Levittown Pa

Hate to grave dig but Mike's gun shop is a joke in Levittown. Everything is grossly overpriced and can always find the same items just outside of town. Levittown in general is a horrible area to try to buy a firearm or ammo.

I stopped by the shop 4 times in the last 12 months and was never able to find an item that I wanted that wasn't about 25-50% more expensive than everywhere else in the state.

Tanners > Mikes in selection and price.

Mike doesn't put price tags on his items because he likes to try to pinch pennies out of people.

Had the same experience with the ammo where they quoted me a price, then I showed up and they tried to change the price and only give me half of the ammo in the box. They also go to the walmart across the street and purchase all their ammo and resell it in their shop for 5x higher prices.

He buys up all the 22lr ammo and then throws it in small ziplock bags and tries to sell the dirty ammo for 10 cents a round.

Oh he tried the whole, sell you half the box for full price trick on you too? This is one reason why I will not step foot in his shop again. I don't know how he stays in business.

Wow, before reading this thread I have wondered about that place. Stopped by once just to check it out and the shop was closed during regular business hours. Guess they had to go back to Walmart to restock.



After wasting my time trying to figure out why they were closed the first time, I wouldn't have gone back. Now I REALLY won't bother.

are you sure between the time you purchased your primers and the time your wife stopped by to purchase more the price wasn't raised 5 bucks?

I've been to Mikes a few times because he was good to my brother on a trade. I asked for .380 and he refused to sell it to me because there might be a "guy" coming that needed to pick it up. I asked him if the guy had it on hold and he told me no one specifically is coming he was just holding it in case someone comes in for it. Then he asked where I got my gun from and I said Tanners and he told me to go there and get my ammo. I went back about 6 months later bc my brother told me he might of been having a busy day and when I went in I was looking at his meager gun selection and I overheard him talking to an older man (customer) about women not knowing what they're looking at and needing to come with a man. the guy is sexist and way overpriced. My brother went back a few times since this last incident and also wont be back bc he was price gouging with him too

It’s actually right across the street from a Walmart haha! Tula 7.62x39 20 rounds is $5 on one side of the street and $9 on the other.
