Concealed carry in Delaware
My parents just bought a home close to Bethany Beach Delaware so I plan to spend a good amount of time there. It looks like I would be GTG if I get a Florida LTCF. It also looks like the state parks are off limits for CC. Is that my best option to get a Florida license? Thanks

Re: Concealed carry in Delaware
Delaware will honor Florida or Utah. You might want to look into each see what is required, and decide for yourself. The requirements are not the same, depending on the individual, and one might be easier or cheaper than the other.
Example: Florida will accept a variety of training as satisfactory, but the cost of the license is higher. Utah only accepts their own training, but the cost of the license is cheaper.
So it's like that. Delaware accepts both. While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

Before traveling to other states it's a good idea to check which are must inform states. PA is not but that's all I know.

Maine also works and is cheaper still.

I believe the Florida license is now good for seven years, while other states are only good for five. That could be factored into the cost -- and keep in mind that Florida requires a new fingerprint card each time you renew.

Most states now require a License/Permit from your home state before you can have one of theirs.

Arizona is probably your best bet assuming you have PA already.
