16 yr old shot and killed by deputy in Ohio court house

reading several different news outlet accounts here is my take:
-16 yr old white male. In Juvi court to see if ankle bracelet can come off, installed after conviction for menacing with a firearm. Has history of violence.
-past Convicted of Domestic Violence another for Concealed Carry of firearm
-leaves court room with family (Mother, Grandma, ????) altercation begins.
-armed Sheriffs Deputy shows up to quell altercation gets into argument with teens mother and threaten to arrest her.
-Teen grabs Deputy by shoulders and they hit the floor with teen physically assaulting Deputy
-Deputy's firearm discharges striking teen in stomach
-teen rushed to hospital and dies. Deputy treated for black eye, bruises and abrasion's.

Sorry but if you physically assault an armed LEO, inside a court house, that is abnormal violent behavior!!!!

I hope the Deputy makes a full recovery. As for the kid, sounds to me like he took a round to the abdominal aorta and bled out. Clorox will clean up the floor, just like the gene pool!
