I'm guessing that Rep. Rohrer has forgotten that at least one individual from Fleetwood attempted to sue PennDot to have the right to close his eyes in his dl photo and he lost the case. That precedent has already been set and it has not been set in any manner that this group would appreciate.

Did you get clearance from Renee to post that? When I joined the suit, I was told that these notices that I would receive were not to be made public, so as to not broadcast any strategies that were being employed or considered.
