Yes it was born out of the ashes of the wasteland. I thought it was a great concept and disappointed that more did not start using although I understand why.

I’ve thought since I started that PAOFA could be so much more than it is as a voice for Pa 2nd Amendment supporters although more have been utilizing it recently. I think with the attitude that Pa2a seemed to have it could have gone in a great direction .

One of the questions to join the group is asking if they want to simply be an attendee, or be part of the planning, etc. Overwhelmingly, people just want to attend. I'm not surprised by that, but for the inevitable "what's the point of the group," it's because as my informal survey is showing, most people just want to be led, while someone else does the planning and such. If we want largely attended rallies, someone has to try to rally the troops to go. Otherwise, we're going to have poorly attended rallies. That's the basic point of the group.

There's a ton of pro 2A groups, but they're mostly meme and fake news groups, and I think there's room for a group whose sole focus is rallying. We'll see how it goes.
