Mag Reloading
I want to start reloading for the Weatherby .270 Wby Mag. but not sure on a couple of things. Do you need the belted magnum resizing die? What about the Mag Trim Die? Thank you.

Re: Mag Reloading
You need a set of dies for the 270Wby. It'll have a decapping/resizing die and a setting/crimp die. By default, it'll be for a belted magnum because thats what the 270Wby is.
A case trimmer= you should get one along with a a set of calipers. Brass stretches, best to keep the cases in spec. A manual or electric trimmer will work, I just use the calipers to measure and a handheld trimmer to cut it back if they are too far out of spec.RIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515, SteveWag

Re: Mag Reloading
Thank you sir for your reply. I am a reloader and have that stuff but was looking at reloading stuff and notice that it had a Belted Magnum Resizing Die and also a Mag Trim Die and I am not sure what those were or if I really needed them. I reload for about 7 other calibers but no mags. Thanks again and if you can answer me about those. Thanks again.
