    Cool weird experience at Lowes!

Ok so im not sure what the full significance of *brandishing a weapon is, but this dude 2 people in front of me in check-out line was adjusting his sidearm (CC sorta) very nervously,,kept turning around kinda to see who caught a glimpse of his pistol,,,which I'm sure all of check-out line did, including the little annoying kid touching all the impulse items....idk, is there any guidelines or precedence for sloppy gun handeling like that.

Sounds like a new CC'er, not a big deal in my opinion.

Gotta agree with the "new to cc". The first time I carried I was nervous but purposely avoided touching the sidearm.

There are no brandishing laws in PA.

With how evil we are taught firearms are, I can understand your discomfort. However, you indicate he wasn't threatening anyone, and was posing no danger. So the question is, why did you feel any different about this than say a guy adjusting a holstered cell phone?
I'll vote for Romney when he promises not to run in 2016.

Yep.. typical actions of a person new to carrying.

The only time I readjust is when getting out of the car or have been pretty active to cause movement.

As mentioned prior, there isn't a brandishing law in PA.

Also, to "brandish" - one must display, wave, or shake in an intimidating and menacing manner. ...that is pretty much the dictionary definition, and also how nearly every other state that has a brandishing laws defines such actions. It requires an intent to intimidate or scare others.
