If you are referring to the picture below, the rifle was pointed down a live range and the shooter looked up and smiled after realizing the safety was still on...picture caught the "oops" moment we have all had when the gun doesn't go bang...

If you see view the other pics in the series, you will see that she maintained proper trigger safety after each series of shots down range...
