While not Today, this weekend. Got the call from my shop that my Henry Big Boy Steel in .41 Magnum finally arrived after being on order for several weeks. But the day before I received the call was out on a drive and stopped in a shop that had this used Ruger Blackhawk sitting all lonely and ignored in a sea of polymer Glocks and XD's, It cried to me and followed me home, and yes it is .41 mag

Have you considered carrying that? Either way, what are the pros and cons?

It's actually not too bad to carry. I took off the RDS since it kept on going out after 250rds. It is more than likely the battery, but I won't carry it with the RDS until I get sights that co-witness.

That's what I was afraid of. I'm looking forward to when we can get a rds that is reliable enough for edc. Still not there yet.

Yes that was me, 'ya left me with the brothers that couldn't shoot straight, I couldn't bear to watch the dirt clods spraying the backstop any longer. Set them up a real target, explained a little about sight picture and sight alignment,trigger control, gave em some ear plugs. I got them on the paper for the most part. They where thankful that I spent some time with them. Had them put down the 9mm Glock and touch off a cylinder each from the .41 Blackhawk, they left as giddy like Jr high school girls.

Ordered some new wheels and tires to get me to the range, work and hunting spot.

I picked up a loaf of Nickles Italian Pan bread and a jar of apricot preserves.

Yeah, I brought a couple of pistols along too, but didn't want to wait in line for the range.
